You should rather concentrate on love and passion 

A lot of business investment or carrier was quenched along the way today because they were after their immediate need and satisfaction 

When choosing your career business or investment,  the first things you should go after are what you love doing what you desire and the passionate about, and what you love to do even when you want to sleep or wake up,  start building your career besides those things, take your time to develop it,  

After choosing your desired career you have built your passion and love around it,  exercise regularly go for  (yoga) sport to prepare yourself for more knowledge, understanding, and self-development,  and you are good to go,  never go for the money but go for the passion and the love of the 
career,
