The immediately constructive (and one of the less controversial/polarizing) I received was when someone said that she valued me because I was "insightful". Being "insightful" is a really good thing to value because it's something that's unique and that can be improved. It also reminds me of something that I should strive towards.

Also, "resourceful" was another good one. As was one person who told me that he changed his approach to learning everything after meeting me. As for people who tell me that discovering me was incredibly important for their personal development (or that them discovering me was analogous in impact to me discovering College Confidential/Quora [aka massive]).
